The workshop follows a practical and interactive learning approach:

  • 20% Theory: Core concepts of Data Analytics, Generative AI, Responsible AI, and business problem-solving
  • 80% Hands-on Practical: Excel, SQL, Power BI, AI tools, dashboards, reports, and projects
  • Practice using real-world datasets and industry-based business scenarios
  • AI-assisted learning using Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot
  • Guidance for dashboard creation, business reporting, data modeling, and insight generation

Syllabus

Module 1: Introduction to Data Analytics and Industry Applications — 2 Hours
Introduction to Data Analytics, Types of Analytics, Analytics Lifecycle, business problems, and real-world industry applications of data analytics.
Module 2: Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, and Responsible AI — 2 Hours
Introduction to Generative AI, effective prompt engineering, AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot, along with responsible and ethical use of AI.
Module 3: Excel Data Analytics — 6 Hours
Advanced Excel functions, data cleaning, sorting, filtering, conditional formatting, Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, dashboards, and report creation.
Module 4: SQL for Data Analytics — 5 Hours
SQL basics including DDL, DML, SELECT queries, WHERE, ORDER BY, GROUP BY, aggregate functions, JOINS, subqueries, and business-based SQL queries.
Module 5: Power BI — 5 Hours
Power BI introduction, importing data, Power Query, data cleaning, data modeling, relationships, DAX basics, visualizations, dashboard design, and interactive reports.
Module 6: AI-Assisted Data Analysis and Automated Reporting — 2 Hours
Using Generative AI tools to analyze data, generate SQL queries, create Excel formulas, summarize reports, automate insights, and prepare business reports.
Module 7: End-to-End Analytics Project and Presentation — 2 Hours
Students will complete an end-to-end data analytics mini project using Excel, SQL, Power BI, and AI tools. They will present their dashboards, reports, findings, and business insights.

Pricing Structure

The total workshop duration is 24 Hours.

  • In-House Workshop: Rs 2,500 per candidate
  • Onsite Workshop: Rs 1,500 per candidate

For a batch of 40 students:

  • Onsite Workshop: 40 × Rs 1,500 = Rs 60,000
  • In-House Workshop: 40 × Rs 2,500 = Rs 1,00,000

The batch size should be a minimum of 40 students and a maximum of 60 students. If the batch size is below 40 students, charges will be calculated on an hourly basis.
