Prerequisites

Participants should have:

• Basic computer knowledge
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is preferred, but not mandatory
• No programming experience is required
• A laptop or desktop system with a minimum of 8 GB RAM is compulsory for practical sessions

Workshop Approach

The workshop follows a practical and interactive learning approach:

• 20% Theory: Core concepts of Data Analytics, Generative AI, and business problem-solving
• 80% Hands-on Practical: Excel, SQL, Power BI, AI tools, dashboards, reports, and mini projects
• Practice using real-world datasets and business scenarios
• AI-assisted learning using Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot
• Guidance for building dashboards, generating reports, and presenting business insights

Syllabus

Module 1: Introduction to Data Analytics — 1 Hour
Introduction to Data Analytics, Types of Analytics, Analytics Lifecycle, and understanding Business Problems.
Module 2: Introduction to Generative AI — 1 Hour
Introduction to Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot.
Module 3: Excel for Data Analytics — 5 Hours
Data Cleaning, Sorting, Filtering, Excel Functions, Pivot Tables, and Charts.
Module 4: SQL Basics — 4 Hours
SELECT, WHERE, GROUP BY, ORDER BY, Aggregate Functions, and JOINS.
Module 5: Power BI — 4 Hours
Importing Data, Power Query, Visualizations, Dashboard Creation, and AI Visuals.
Module 6: AI-Powered Data Analysis — 2 Hours
Using AI for Data Analysis, Automated Report Generation, and finding Business Insights.
Module 7: Mini Project and Presentation — 1 Hour
Students will complete a mini project and present their analysis, dashboard, and insights.

Pricing Structure

The total workshop duration is 24 hours.
The fee for an Inhouse Workshop is Rs2,500 per candidate.
The fee for an Onsite Workshop is Rs1,500 per candidate.
For a batch of 40 students:

• Onsite Workshop: 40 × Rs1,500 = Rs60,000
• Inhouse Workshop: 40 × Rs2,500 = Rs1,00,000

The batch size should be a minimum of 40 students and a maximum of 60 students. If the batch size is below 40 students, the charges will be calculated on an hourly basis.
